Horrible customer service never responded to complaint of damaged products received in the order. But they can constantly email you about more of their over priced product to buy. Disappointed because I actually liked the soap. Couldn’t use the deodorant as that was the damaged product, the end of the container tube was never sealed.BIG gaping hole that had to be obvious when it was thrown in the bag. Waste of $60.

This company is the worst and ignore their customers… you can’t even simply exchange an unopened item… because they ignore you. Got a message weeks ago saying we will get back to you in 3 to 5 days never heard a word. Their product smells like rubber it’s awful.

This product was an absolute nightmare for my family! I bought the "3 for x amount" deal, and gave this deodorant to my boyfriend and 16yr old daughter, as well as myself. My first thought was, what the hell is that smell, upon opening mine. I blew it off and applied the deodorant. It appeared to be working initially. By my third application, I noticed that the crevice of my armpits started to itch. Then they started to slightly ooze. I wound up with a fishy rash under both armpits that lasted much longer than an average rash! I told my family do no use this product. My boyfriend didn't listen. He applied the deodorant to his groin area. He wound up with an enormous flesh-eating appearing rash that sent him to the ER. He had to sleep naked with a fan positioned between his cocked legs for days! I'm now looking into my options for filing a lawsuit...

I really didn’t think this was going to take care of my body odor problems but not only has it taken care of my under arm body odor, it is highly effective on every area of the body. I did need to apply a small amount everyday during the first week. But after Week 1. Now, I only need to apply it every Wednesday & Saturday. That’s all I need. It takes a little getting used to bc I’m not used to my deodorant not having an anti-perspirant. So, I’m still getting used to sweating. Lol! Although, as long as I dab off with a tissue & stay dry, I don’t have any complaints. And I t’s obviously very unhealthy not to sweat & to constantly clog your pores with dangerous chemicals & heavy metals like aluminum. I love it. I’m never going to use traditional anti-perspirant/deodorants AGAIN…nor will my beautiful children. I might also add, the scents are not terrific bc Lume’ is NOT a traditional deodorant. Therefore, none of the scents are very powerful. On that note, I would stick with the Clean Tangerine or the Twisted Lime bc they are the only ones that smell fresh & clean. Also, the Coconut Crush isn’t bad either. It’s pretty good as well but has more of a musky coconut smell. The rest smell kind of weird & I bought almost all of them to sniff test. The Vanilla is just plain gross. Anyway, I’m getting off topic...the point is Lume’ is an amazingly effective deodorant that I would not classify as a deodorant bc it completely prevents & can also eliminate ALL body odor from ever beginning. So who cares what Lume’ scent you buy bc all Lume’s scents fade within 5 minutes of application. Now you get to rock ‘n’ roll with your own beautiful natural body scent (no body odor included) and/or whatever perfume/cologne you love...without having to worry about it clashing with anymore overbearingly strong traditional anti-perspirant/deodorant scents...WAY TO GO LUME’ ABSOLUTELY REVOLUTIONARY! I’m in love ????

Sun and Sand sampler pack review: all scents were off-putting. These deodorants have a lingering unpleasant smell to them...I guess for some it's better than BO. However, this also didn't work for 24 hours never mind 72.

I'll admit that I was a bit sceptical when I made my first purchase of their sample pack deodorant. I saw one of their ads on facebook and thought I'd give it a try anyway. One of my main concerns was my feet which sweat and stink all the time. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually works. My feet are finally stink free!
I can't say if it actually lasts 72 hours like they claim as I apply it once a day, everyday, right after showering. I did forget to do this once and my feet were still stink free so it did last for 48 hours.
Their customer service is great too. I placed two more orders from them. One of the orders hasn't been fulfilled in 2 weeks so I contacted them and they promptly responded explaining that they had delays due to a large number of orders as well as necessary Covid precautions that are being taken and would get to it as soon as possible. In about 3 days from then it shipped and arrived within 5 days of shipment.

24 hours and still good. I was skeptical at first. Anything moist that I put in my underparts automatically start to stink so I honestly didn’t expect the cream to work at all. I have been using FDS and adding Vagisil powder on my panty liner for years and by the end of the day I am stinky anyway. I decided I would give an honest review of Lume and not use any products with it. I have been a full 24 hours with 1 application. I have been through my fair share of hot flashes. I wear Polyester uniform at work, I have peed at least 15 times and I have had my daily BM. By now I should be really funky but I’m not. I feel as fresh as I was when I applied it 24 hours ago. I have to say this product does have an odor that smells like ass. I thought “great, I’m going to cover the smell of ass with the smell of ass.” That first hint that you get only last a few seconds. After that it is completely odor free from that point on. I am almost sure that even my BM didn’t stink. You get nothing, no smell what so ever. Truly a miracle in a tube. Anyone that still have odor after using this product should go see their OB GYN. There is obviously something going on down there that this stuff can’t help.

My mother and I both started using Lume a little under a week ago and so far I have to say I'm beyond impressed. The silly ads got me interested, but the science must really be there because neither of us have noticed ANY scent wherever we apply (the scented deodorants leave a slight scent upon application that goes away over time). It does smell a little bit weird on its own but when applied I guess it just works with body chemistry to render one odorless.
The real test will be the middle of the summer but as of now I have been recommending this to friends and am VERY satisfied!

$18.99 TOO EXPENSIVE for a small 3oz tube.I was given a 3oz tube of Lume cream & it does work & actually smells very nice but $19 + shipping for a small 3 ounce tube is way too expensive. If they lowered their price to a reasonable cost I would buy it.

It works for me and my husband. My husband perspires a lot...he even loves it. It really helps with the B.O. for his under arms. I don't really perspire as much as others when it comes to armpits, I use it more on my feet lol, I walk a lot at my job 3-5 miles on average a day so yes my feet perspire even wearing breathable shoes. I've been using Lume for over a month and we continue to love it.
Neither of us have any known allergies so far, it arrived less than a week. I ordered the 3 pack and we're still using the first shipment.

They don’t disclose that there is eucalyptus in their product and my wife is allergic. They said it’s best to return it. Then they force you to use a company provided return label and ding you $5.00 for shipping it back (actual cost. Less than $4.00 for shipping)
Complete scam. You try their product and potentially lose 1/3rd of the value in return shipping.
The fact that there wasn’t a warning about eucalyptus, a common allergen, is not great either.

A serious GAME CHANGER!!! This has given me my confidence to wear thin leggings again, wear booty shorts to the gym no matter how hard I work out, and mix my dirty laundry with my family’s. This all may sound crazy to many people, but I was so insecure due to my first husband’s verbal abuse that gave me a huge unnecessary complex about having normal womanly scents that Lumē making me literally SCENTLESS has been a HUGE blessing! It’s gifted me self esteem and helped my marriage as I now feel comfortable about intimate things that I had struggled with for years. I can’t thank you enough!
The product itself doesn’t have a wonderful smell but that smell fades away very quickly and then for up to four days later (for me) I still have NO SCENT OF ANY KIND in my pits, under my breasts, or the bikini area -without reapplying OR using an additional, traditional deodorant and/or antiperspirant. I have found I don’t even need to use a deodorant-free/scent-free antiperspirant along with it in my pits because as long as my sweat doesn’t smell like anything I -quite literally, don’t sweat it. For me, the more I’m worried about it, the more I sweat, so...
I will use this product as long as I possibly can.
